Based on the observation of the workshops dimensions and taking into account research on eduational engagement, dimensions for this construct when participating in a AutoSTEM workshop emerged:
- Behavioral engagement: participation in the activity, making a project and working on it.
- Affective engagement: expressing satisfaction and interest.
- Cognitive engagement: making a project and adapting procedures to develop it. Asking questions, solving problems.
